LOGO IMPRINTING

The quality of the LOGO/BRANDING on any item depends on the quality of the artwork supplied to us by you the customer.

Requirements & Acceptable Files

Acceptable Electronic Art Files: 

•    We accept electronic art via email sent to tjsportwide@aol.com, or via CD, flash drive or 3-1/2" floppy. 
•    All files must be PC formatted. 
•    We can accept files created by Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop. 
•    Also acceptable are TIFF, EPS, and JPEG file formats. 
•    File compression is not recommended. 
•    Always fax a hard copy when artwork is emailed to 973-989-8923.

Laser Engraved Products:
•    When a custom logo is required on any laser engraved product we convert your artwork to CorelDraw, the minimum charge is $30 per logo.

Rotary Engraved Products:
•    When a custom logo is required on any rotary engraved product we will convert your artwork to Casemate for our rotary engraving machines, the minimum cost is $60 per logo.

EMBROIDERY: 
•    We will digitize the art file so that it can be embroidered on any item selected at a minimum cost of $75.
•    Items with embroidered logos will be priced when the stitch count is determined, we will advise you of costs upon receipt of your artwork.

SCREEN PRINTING & PAD PRINTING:
•    Requires Corel Draw or other line art, CDR or EPS files.
•    If any supplied art requires any clean/touch up or conversion to CorelDraw a $60.00 per hour art charge will apply, with a one quarter hour minimum. We will advise you of costs upon receipt of your artwork.
•    A minimum charge of $40 per color will apply for screen/set up of any art supplied to be imprinted on selected products.

DESIGN ART APPROVAL: 
•    Proofs will be faxed or emailed to you for an approval signature; orders will not be placed into production until we receive your signed approval of the art work. 
•    Your signature on the Design Approval Form will confirm your total responsibility for typographical errors, color schemes, and imprint placement on the product.

PMS COLOR MATCH: 
•    $30.00 per color, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.

TRADEMARKS & LOGOS: By approving the artwork for imprinted orders you are confirming that you have total authority for the use of any included trademarks or logos on any products so ordered.

ARTWORK CHARGES: 
•    If any supplied art requires clean/touch up work a $60.00 per hour art charge will apply, with a one quarter hour minimum. 
•    You will be advised of the additional costs prior to any clean up work beginning.
•    The price includes a paper proof to be approved by you before production.
